Children & Youth Sunday School

10 a.m. Sunday Mornings

Sunday school is super fun! Each lesson is like its own adventure story. Kids will learn all sorts of cool things about God. It is always encouraged to attend on Sunday mornings whenever possible. However, we know that things come up. If you do miss a Sunday, we are happy to provide families with the content to share with kids at home, at any time.

Sunday School is held most Sundays. Once a month and on certain holidays or times throughout the year, kids of all ages are invited to join in worship. We call this “Intergenerational Worship” and aim to actively create a family-friendly worship experience.

Nursery Ages 3 and Under
We offer a loving and secure nursery environment for your little ones on Sunday mornings. Our nursery is staffed by caring and qualified caregivers who will watch over your children while you attend the service. There are age-appropriate toys to engage you child in fun and learning. Come a few minutes early to complete the secure check-in and rest assured that your child will be well cared for and loved.

Ages 4 through 5th grade
Children’s Sunday School is an interactive program to introduce the Bible and building an authentic relationship with Jesus. We use curriculum that is hands-on and fun. We also help kids focus on building authentic friendships with each other. There will be several faith formation milestones and celebrations as kids continue to build a stronger foundation in their faith. Whether families can attend every week, once a month, or occasionally, this program is inviting and inclusive to all.

Grades 6th - 12th
Middle School/High School
Our Youth Sunday School dives deeper into a relationship with Christ and each other. Meeting in the Youth Wing, youth have their own space to hang out, have breakfast, and learn more about real life topics. The youth room is filled with…well, youth stuff! Comfy couches, table games, WIFI, and more. Youth will intentionally “grow in faith together” as they build trusting relationships with friends and youth leaders by just being themselves.

What to Expect on Sunday Mornings

We recommend parking in the north lot (the back of the building). Once you enter, you will be greeted by a volunteer who will direct you to the Thrive Family Ministries check-in desk. From there, the wonderful volunteers will help you and your kids find your way!

Children are also welcome in worship. We have coloring books and worship bags available for families that would like to worship together in the Sanctuary. Children who change their mind and would like to join Sunday School can be walked down to the Sunday School room. We love to let kids be kids!
